The hotel is situated near a river and offers a nice view from the balcony. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a folding door separating the bedroom and bathroom. the staff is friendly and polite, providing a professional service and able to communicate in English. the breakfast buffet offers a good range of options, from traditional to Western. the gym is great, offering both cardio and weight-based workouts options, even if the furry carpet makes it quite inconvenient.

Some parts of the hotel seem to need renovation and attention, such as the gardens, walkways, and pool, which were being renovated at the time.
